Laurel Grove welcomes guests 7 days a week
throughout the year.

Reservations at Laurel Grove may only be confirmed
by Visa, Master card, Discover, or cash. In each case a
one nights lodging at least one week prior to planned
arrival. Extended stays, special events, and holiday
periods are handled on an individual basis. Events and
weekends require a 2 night minimum stay.

Cancellation requires a 30-day advanced notification
by email or certified mail for refund of deposit, minus
a $25 handling charge. In case of late cancellation,
Laurel Grove will be pleased to refund your deposit
balance if the room is rebooked by another guest.
Cancellation of special events or whole house rental
must be made 120 days before the rental is to begin
for a refund. Cancellation shall be made by email
or certified mail.

Payment in full is due upon arrival. All rates are
subject to state (5%) and local (7%) taxes. Check in
time is from 3:00 to 6:00 P.M. Check out time is
11:00 A.M. Monday thru Saturday and 12:00 P.M.
on Sunday’s, at the close of Sunday brunch.

Laurel Grove is able to handle all age groups from
children to senior citizens. We also have the capability
to accommodate most handicaps or disabilities.
Please let the host know ahead of time so we can
make our home your home.

Breakfast is served between 8:00 to 9:30 A.M. Monday
thru Saturday. Early coffee/tea service is available at
7:00 A.M. Full breakfast menu are available the night
before for your selection to be ready for you when
you awake the next morning. Sunday Brunch is service
from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M.

Quiet time is observed between 11:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.
Laurel Grove is a non-smoking, climate controlled Inn.
Concierge and babysitting services are always available.

Guests assume responsibility for any damage they do
to the Inn. Laurel Grove will bill the guest credit card
for all replacement and/or repair costs.

Dockage of guest boat is solely at the risk of the boat owner.
Any damage to boat as the result of vandalism, wind, weather,
wake or tidal change is not the responsibility of Laurel Grove Inn.

DIVING OFF THE DOCK AT ANY POINT AND
ANY TIME IS STRICKLY PROHIBITED.
SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
